not working as promised

We bought the program because of the promising tutorial but sadly it is not working with our project. 19 min documentary - tough deadline.

Instead of a project including all subtitles we get a warning saying we would have to do some work on the XML file. We do not have time for this right now. So in the end it might work but I cannot recommend it if you want an out of the box solution. Unfortunately we’ll have to buy another more promising app...
